We made a last minute reservation (less than 24 hours in advance) so I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that accounts for some of the issues we encountered. We had a rocky check-in because we couldn’t get ahold of the property manager to let us in; they were helpful once we did get in touch, but we sat outside waiting for an hour first. Once we got into the house, there was gecko poop EVERYWHERE, all over the floors & counters, so it seemed like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I swept it up, but not exactly the warmest welcome.
