We rented both places with family, including 14 month baby. Upon arrival Adi was waiting for us, he explained everything about home was communicative throughout entire process and stay he was an exceptional host. This place was perfect for all of us. View is insanely beautiful. Pool is perfect, bbq was brand new for (Website hidden by Airbnb) bottom of hill was great local restaurant and along side great pizza,drinks and food and you are 10-15 minutes from everything in Santa Teresa. We did not want to leave and will probably head back next year. As others have mentioned we had ATV and 4x4 vehicle which in my opinion is needed throughout area not just to get to the top of this Pristine Ideal Paradise in the clouds. Book if you can you will not be disappointed. Pura Vida to entire team/staff that keeps this property so beautiful not only inside but outside as well.

Adi was a great host. Flexible and patient with us as we found our way south from Guanacaste to Mal Pais. He led us to the house and gave us a brief, but thorough walkthrough. He stayed in touch throughout, and we were grateful. He was available without being ever-present, and that is a delicate balance to strike. Couldn't be happier with the management.

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. I was a little nervous at first that the photos may be deceiving but in fact they were the opposite, the views and property are absolutely incredible. I highly recommend visiting!

The views were breathtaking, the pool was amazing, loved the comfortable beds, we love to cook and appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Thank you, we will be returning.
